Clint has 35 years’ experience in the steel industry across several major local and nationally renowned companies. Clint was a founding partner of Industrial Metal Profiling along with his father, Frikkie Koch, in 2012. Clint’s expertise in steel services established a work culture focused on client delivery, ensuring that the team always go the extra mile and deliver exceptional quality without delay.
Peter started out his career in the marine engineering sector before pursuing a trade in fitting and turning. Peter has worked in and managed engineering workshops for over 30 years. He joined Industrial Metal Profiling in 2013 and with his hands-on approach has been a key figure in the expansion and development of the business.
Ross has over 20 years’ experience across the steel service industry and runs our laser division, established in 2022. Ross is a skilled engineering technician who brings attention to detail and draughting skills to deliver an exceptional end product. Ross strives to maximise the potential of plant and team, to achieve excellence in service and product delivery for our clients. We can confidently say that our laser division has taken the steel industry by storm and we are very excited to watch it grow.

Mark held management accountant roles in the UK with several global engineering and electrical power generation companies for over 10 years. He now leads the financial management of Industrial Metal Profiling, working in partnership with Clint, Peter & Ross in driving IMP to drive change in South Africa’s steel service sector.
